01/09/10 - Quadcopter - Night flying! - I've added some powerful LED's to my Quad in anticipation of some night flying.
21/08/10 - IanJohnston.com UPS - Live Event Log - I've tweaked the Website a bit to monitor the live data from the UPS (Uninterruptible power supply) event log.
20/08/10 - IanJohnston.com Upgrades - I've started an upgrade to my home server setup, firstly by adding a UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) as I've been getting dropouts and fluctuations recenty. I've also added a new RAID server and printer/scanner. Info and photos here.
07/08/10 - Bluetooth Dongle Range Extender. Home project to make my wireless home hifi setup more reliable. 
28/06/10 - World Trials Championship - Armed with my dSLR I took photos at the British Round of the World Trials Championship in Fort William. A selection of photos posted.
13/06/10 - dSLR Photography - Bought masel another dSLR (Canon 550D), a fast lens (Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM) and also a battery grip. See photos opposite. So, looking forward to getting back into Motorcycle Trials photograhy and taking pics like these, and as well as a lot of non-motorsport stuff.
11/05/10 - RC QuadCopter - Re-programmed the ESCs to disable the battery minimum voltage cut-off. See ESC Configuration.
30/04/10 - RC Joystick Transmitter - Flight tested today with the Quadcopter. Very nice and as smooth as hell. Found I was flying with medium rates selected which is good. Not the easiest of Joysticks to hold whilst standing up so will look into a neck strap.
29/04/10 - RC PPM Trainer Port Joystick - New code uploaded. Fixed a bug which was causing jitter in the PPM output.
28/04/10 - RC Joystick Transmitter - New code uploaded. Now we are getting somewhere! ISR Timers = reliability! Have also got the LCD working.
